2027 Dear FoundHer… Winter Retreat Refund and transfer policy

Refunds through October 31, 2026. If you cancel your registration by 11:59 pm CT on October 31, 2026, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid, less the Stripe processing fee. The processing fee is not refundable to Dear FoundHer..., so it cannot be returned to you.

No refunds on or after November 1, 2026. Beginning at 12:00 am CT on November 1, 2026, no refunds will be offered.

Transfers. Your retreat ticket is transferable. You may transfer it to another member of the Dear FoundHer... Forum, or to another woman small business owner, subject to approval by Spolan Marketing and Communications.

If the retreat is cancelled by the host. If Dear FoundHer... cancels the retreat, your registration will be refunded in full. Airfare and hotel reservations are subject to the policies of your airline and the hotel.
