In one sentence, what problem do you solve and for who?

I help women in midlife reclaim their energy, clarity, and confidence through personalized, sustainable, whole-body wellness.

Through ChillyBean Promotions, I help companies elevate their brand identity with thoughtful, high-quality swag that leaves a lasting impression.

What's your story?

That is a very long answer. I have an entire book on my story. :)

My story began with a lifelong love of movement and wellness, inspired early on by growing up with a fitness-focused family. After college, I spent years in corporate work and later built ChillyBean Promotions, which tapped into my creativity but still left me searching for deeper purpose. As I navigated my own personal shifts, I realized that true well-being required more than staying active; it required caring for my mind, body, and spirit. That discovery led me to train extensively in integrative health, yoga, meditation, and holistic coaching.

I founded Zenful Life Coaching to help women and teens reclaim their energy, balance, and confidence through personalized, sustainable wellness. The Art of Living Well Podcast expanded that mission by creating a space for meaningful conversations about health and intentional living. At the heart of all my work is a simple truth: I love building, creating, and connecting in ways that help people feel supported, inspired, and empowered to live well.

What does BEING a FoundHer mean to you?

Being a FoundHer means I get to build, create, and connect in ways that feel deeply meaningful. I love bringing ideas to life, whether I’m supporting women through my coaching, sparking conversation and inspiration on the podcast, or helping brands express themselves through ChillyBean. Following my curiosity and shaping work that evolves with me is what energizes me. At its core, being a founder lets me blend creativity, connection, and purpose into everything I do.

How do you support other female founders and women in business?

I support female founders and women in business by creating spaces where they feel seen, encouraged, and connected. As a mentor in a yearlong women’s business program, now working with my second mentee, I love helping women navigate challenges, clarify their vision, and grow with confidence. Through my coaching, I guide women toward the energy, clarity, and resilience they need to lead with purpose. On The Art of Living Well Podcast®, I amplify the voices of women in wellness and entrepreneurship, giving them a platform to share their stories and expertise. In my everyday life as an entrepreneur, I’m always happy to make introductions, share resources, brainstorm ideas, and celebrate other women’s wins. Whether through wellness, conversation, mentorship, or even fun, thoughtful swag through ChillyBean, my goal is to lift women up and help them build businesses that feel authentic and sustainable.

What is ONE BOOK that you would recommend every female business owner read?

The Magic of Thinking Big

Who is a female entrepreneur you look up to and why?

Sarah Blakely, Reese Witherspoon, Anne Mahlum. Incredibly strong women that follow their guts and have the confidence to go after what they want.

At what point did you make your company a full time gig? How did you know the time was right?

I have always been working on multiple projects/companies. As my kids got older, I had more time to spend on my business. It naturally happened.

Let’s talk social media—who handles it for your company (you, an internal team member, an outsourced solution?) and what is the secret to making it successful? What is the biggest challenge?

I handle it and I also have an overseas editor making some reels. This is very new. Social media has been a big challenge for me. I love posting for personal but hard to post for my businesses. I also don't want to spend a lot of time on my phone scrolling.

What is something you do differently from the industry standard?

I listen really well. Most people want to talk all the time and don't focus on what others are saying.

What would you do differently if you were starting your business today?

I would hire a social media/marketing person from the beginning.

What are three actionable tips you would give with other women who want to start a business or are just getting started?

Just start. Don't wait. It doesn't need to be perfect. Half the battle is starting. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. That is the best way to learn. Use mentors to help you with things you don't know. Look around to see who is doing something well and ask them for guidance.
