Who is Rachael Fritz?

I'm a mom of 3, former, preschool teacher, and certified parenting coach. I spent over a decade working on nonprofit education before founding my business. I'm new to the North Shore (Glencoe,IL) and loving the community!

In less than three sentences tell us about your company and what you do.

I'm a parenting coach dedicated to working with parents who feel defeated and I give them the tools and parenting techniques to ensure they fall in love with parenthood. My 90 day one-on-one coaching will take you to complete confidence in your parenting.

What does BEING a FoundHer mean to you?

It means stepping into my feminine power. It means supporting my family and being a role model of female leadership, drive, and empowerment for my three children.

How do you support other female founders and women in business?

I'm here to collaborate, partner, and uplift the women that I meet on my journey. There is room and abundance for us all. When one of us succeeds, we all do.

What is something you do differently from the industry standard?

I'm not about tips and tricks when it comes to parenting. I lead my clients to deep, authentic change. There is no one size fits all, but there is loads of research that tells us how parents can best raise children to thrive in all aspects of life. When you work with me, it's not just, "one more parenting thing." It's the the last thing you'll need to do. It's your legacy.

What would you do differently if you were starting your business today?

I would dive deeper into partnerships, events, and collabs from the start. I spent a lot of time relying on social media and I have learned the hard way that, "If you build it they will come" is not a business strategy!
