The Dear FoundHer... Forum
The Dear FoundHer... Forum gives you an engaged community of women who give first, monthly office hours to have all of your questions answered, three accountability sprints a year, and a library of marketing resources (value $2,000+), so you can grow your business with people in your corner. Whether you just launched or you've been running your business for years and still don't have a circle of women who get it.
Sound familiar?
You've got a question about your business. Not a Google question. A "what would you do?" question.
Your friends love you, but most of them don't own businesses. They don't really get what you're juggling.
So you go looking. A Facebook group. Your local chamber. A networking event where everyone trades business cards. You binge podcasts and take notes.
Some of it helps a little. But you still don't have a handful of women you can text when something comes up.
That's the real gap. Support isn't a group you join. It's women who know you and your business, and that's really hard to find on your own.
You want a community where you can:
That last one? That's the moment. When the women you've been helping start sending clients your way, you'll know exactly why you joined.
When I started my first company in 2010, I didn't know a single other woman who owned a business. My closest friends were wonderful, but they didn't get what I was juggling. So I built my network one lunch and one coffee at a time.
It worked. It also took me ten years.
I built the Forum so you don't have to wait that long.
The Dear FoundHer... Forum is an online membership community for women business owners over 40. It helps you grow your business with real support, real feedback, and real collaborators, using an engaged community, monthly Office Hours with me, expert workshops, three accountability sprints per year, and a library of step-by-step marketing resources.
And I'm in it with you. I know members' businesses. I share their wins. I'm not a founder who opens a group and disappears.
With the Forum, you'll have what you need to:

Meet your host
Hi, I'm Lindsay Pinchuk. I've spent more than 25 years in marketing, and I built my first company, Bump Club and Beyond, into a seven-figure brand with major retail and consumer goods partnerships. When I sold it, I became one of less than 1% of female founders to lead a business through an acquisition.
A big part of how I got there was the women around me. The women I partnered with became the people I called with questions, and over the years they became my network. It took me a decade to build, and it made all the difference.
After I sold the company, those same women became my first podcast guests and referred me my first consulting clients. That podcast is Dear FoundHer..., which now ranks in the top 0.5% of podcasts globally, and it grew into the community you're looking at today. Since launching it, I've worked with nearly 1,000 women small business owners through my programs.
The Forum is everything I learned about building a business with women in your corner, without the ten years it took me to figure it out.
Lindsay
Here's everything you'll get inside the Dear FoundHer... Forum:
I've kept the price reasonable on purpose. You're a small business owner, and I'm not here to charge you thousands of dollars to feel supported. One referral from a woman you meet inside can make this worth it. That's happened for members, and I'd love for it to happen for you.
