In one sentence, what problem do you solve and for who?
I help women navigate perimenopause and menopause with support, clarity, confidence, and evidence-based guidance so they can feel like themselves again.
What's your story?
When perimenopause began, I didn't know what was happening to me - because I didn't even know what perimenopause was. I didn't feel like myself but I wasn't having the "typical" hot flash. Doctor after Doctor, test after test came back "normal". I went searching for answers, feeling increasingly frustrated, dismissed, and alone.
What I was experiencing was real, but it wasn't being named or explained. Only one doctor could finally say that maybe what I was feeling was hormonal but could offer no support or resources. That experience sent me into a deep dive on figuring this all out for myself.
This experience opened my eyes to a much bigger problem: women are entering the second most hormonal times of their lives after puberty without education, language or guidance.
As I began to learn what perimenopause actually is, and how deeply it can affect every system in the body- everything clicked. I realized how many women are suffering in silence simply because they don't know what's happening to them, or how to advocate for themselves.
That's why I became a certified menopause coaching specialist. Today I help women understand their symptoms, feel validated, show them evidence based information and support so they no longer have to question their sanity or navigate this stage of life alone.

Who is a female entrepreneur you look up to and why?
Dr. Heather Hirsch. I look up to Dr. Hirsch because she represents what possible when expertise, purpose, and courage come together in service of women in midlife.
I admire her because she doesn't just treat hormones and send you on your way with a prescription, she's built a whole woman model of care, recognizing that midlife health is about the intersection of horomones, nutrition, mental health, movement and lived experience. That kind of integrative, human centered approach reflects a deep respect for women at a stage of life that has long been overlooked and dismissed.
I'm inspired by her passion and credibility. She didn't arrive here overnight as an "instagram" doctor. She spent years focusing specifically on women's midlife health, honing her knowledge, listening to patients, and becoming the expert women desperately need. I value that SO much because I know how complex this life phase truly is.
Her leap to open her own telehealth practice in 2022 when she saw a gap in care, expanded access to evidence based menopause care. I didn't just admire her from afar on Instagram, I actually sought her out when I needed an expert myself.
And now, watching her grow that vision into The Collaborative by Heather Hirsch with doctors across nearly all 50 states practicing under a shared, patient first philosophy, she's not just helping women, she's changing the system.
Ultimately I look up to Dr, Hirsch because she embodies the future of midlife care: expert led, compassionate, collaborative, and totally focused on women. It's inspiring because that's what I hope to build in my coaching practice.

What lesson or skill did you take with you from a prior job to help you succeed in your role today?
A lesson and skill I learned from a prior job—actually from owning a prior business—that helps me succeed in my role today is confidence in outreach. Cold calling, cold emailing, and cold DM'ing taught me how to start conversations without fear, whether that's with potential collaborators, people who share a similar target audience, or well known "celebrity" voices in the space. I learned that most opportunities don't come from waiting to be invited; they come from raising your hand and starting the dialogue. That experience gave me the confidence to speak comfortably with bigger names, to see them as people rather than untouchable figures and to approach collaborations with clarity, professionalism, and self belief. Today, that skill allows me to build meaningful connections, expand my reach, and create partnerships that truly serve women in midlife, because I'm not afraid to start the conversation.
